The Little Market is a growing nonprofit e-commerce company that empowers women in marginalized communities through providing sustainable income opportunities. I joined in 2018 when it was just a 10-person operation. In the following year, the company tripled in size and opened its’ first brick-and-mortar store.

MARKETING DESIGN

I worked closely with the copywriting team to design three e-newsletters per week for our listserv of over 143k customers. This involved concepting from start for marketing campaigns, photoshoot ideas and email design. We continually implemented re-marketing email flows to existing customers.

USER EXPERIENCE

I produced daily web assets to reflect marketing campaigns and optimized for use across multiple devices as well as designed custom shopping experience to improve user engagement and drive sales. I regularly utilized data and analytics to inform my web designs, defining the overall patterns you see across the site.

GRAPHIC + DIGITAL DESIGN

I worked cross-functionally across departments to ideate and execute all digital needs including pitch decks, event collateral, product development, etc. Establishing and maintaining brand consistency across all projects.
