En Blanc takes an innovative approach to wedding dress shopping for the modern bride, offering private bridal gown consultations in the privacy and comfort of your own home. I was contracted by Love Detailed, a boutique brand development agency, to develop the brand identity, design, and website for En Blanc.
This project also became the basis of a promotional video for Adobe, spotlighting my use of Adobe XD.
BRAND + LOGO DESIGN
The challenge was to create a brand identity that felt rooted in the bridal industry but appealed to the new-age bride. The logo set needed to be refined yet flexible for the various markets and platforms in which it would be used.
After many iterations, I achieved a timeless yet modern logo that perfectly embodied the warm, friendly brand identity. I designed a portfolio of logo and symbol designs to provide a cohesive presence for different media, even hand-drawing the floral illustration.
WEBSITE DESIGN + DEVELOPMENT
Because at-home bridal gown consultations were a new and foreign concept in the market, I knew the booking experience had to be extremely intuitive.
After sketching, wireframing and testing the user flow, I designed the website and functionality in Adobe XD. This application made it extremely easy to walk through the prototype with my client.
After approval, I oversaw a small team of developers to build a fully functional site from the ground up.
